Following government advice about COVID19 we are postponing the Well being weekend.
All tickets sold will be honoured when we release the new dates. Please follow us on social media to keep up to date with the latest Omega news and events.

This weekend gives you the opportunity to try new things, relax, take some time for yourself, make friends and get back to nature with a weekend of:
Meditation
Yoga
Archery
Bare-foot walking
Bush craft
Foraging
Kayaking
Camping
Campfires
Plant based foods
& loads more
Timetabled activities, Camping and parking are included in the ticket price! Make the most of our early bird discount by booking before Christmas.
There will be plenty of tasty plant based foods available to buy, an outdoor bar boasting the Valleys own beers, wines and gins during the evening, as well as stalls for you to explore during the day.
You are welcome to arrive from 10am on Saturday to pitch your tent, make sure you have your ticket on your phone to receive your wristband.
Activities will start from 12pm on Saturday and run throughout both days, giving you plenty of opportunity to try a variety of different activities. To save on paper we will be posting the activity timetable on Facebook for you to save and we will have timing boards at the Campsite and Activity stations rather than handing out leaflets.
Camping is available Saturday and Sunday night, departure from the venue is to be by 11am on Monday 25th.
Evening meals:
Get your dinner pass in advance to join us in the Marquee for a tasty, nutritious plant based dinner and pudding each evening.
We are asking for meal options in advance to reduce food waste, so have a think and choose wisely between these delicious options.
Saturday:
Option 1; Vegetable Korma & Poppadoms
Option 2; Vietnamese Buddha bowl & Spring rolls
Pudding; Peanut butter brownie
Sunday:
Option 1; Stew, dumplings & Crusty bread
Option 2; Bean Chilli & Guac
Pudding; "Cheese"Cake
We ask that Camp is quiet from 11pm as this is a well-being weekend not a festival.
T&C's and important notes:
Children are welcome but must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Some activities have age restrictions; Real Archery, Kayaking & Bushcraft (7+), Soft Archery (5+)
Please note that Camping is to be in tents not Campervans.
There are no showers available onsite.
Tickets are non-refundable and can only be purchased in advance, there will not be tickets available on arrival.
All rubbish brought to site is to be taken home with you, there will be recycling stations and bins available for items purchased on site.
We reserve the right to remove anyone from site seen to be littering, causing harm to others or the environment.
