Judith has worked in the outdoor industry for 9 years, in the UK, France and UAE leading people of all ages in adventurous activities. She started as an apprentice in 2011 and worked her way up to centre manager gaining a variety of qualifications along the way. Judith had been managing residential and day camps for 3 years before founding Omega outdoor adventure in 2018, to bring her passion to her home town of Tamworth.

Alex has many years of personal and professional experience in the outdoors, across the UK, France and UAE. He had been working alongside Judith as Senior instructor for 3 years when he joined her in developing Omega outdoor adventure. He has experience coaching people of all ages in adventurous activities, training staff teams and creating activities. Alex is passionate about all things Bush craft, he loves being in the hills and camping.

Likes: Singing, travelling, climbing, abseiling.

Millie has 6 years of experience as an outdoor instructor across the UK. She has experience creating activities, is a Girl guide leader and a teaching assistant for an SEN school. She can read and write braille as well as use Makaton sign.

Millie is an active fundraiser and has been on a variety of Guide trips to help other communities through her organised fund raising.

Creative design adviser 

Likes: Trying new things, cuddling puppies, power tools, paintbrushes.

Dislikes: Winter, tents.


Otherwise known as Judith's mum, Lesley gets roped into most things Omega, you may have met her signing people in at our events.

Proud Mum of two Lesley is a travel enthusiast, believes herself to be a great cook and of course can't resist anything arty. She has a varied work background with the main theme being creating and organising.

Lesley also assists on sessions and creates crafty activities.

"The Kid"

Activity instructor


Likes: Climbing, learning new things, dressing up like a pirate.

Dislikes: Answering the phone.

Amelia has over a years experience as a instructor in a busy Climbing wall, teaching groups of all ages. She has experience teaching RCS, GCSE, how to become independent climbers and fun sessions like birthday parties.

Amelia joined the Omega team in 2020 to become a multi activity instructor and is taking to it like a duck to water. She has such enthusiasm for what we do that we just know she's going to go far in the outdoor industry.

Amy has over a years experience as a multi activity instructor, gaining experience working with schools, adults, uniform and youth groups and those with special educational needs.
Amy has a love for adventuring outdoors, camping and going on long walks with her Springer spaniel.

Cid & Mina

"The Mascots"


Likes: Sunbathing, treats, walkies, boat rides.

Dislikes: Large puddles

Although Cid & Mina do not attend camp they can often be seen checking up on the Team at local events.

They love going out on staff trips to the woods or practicing their pirate impressions in the canoe on canal trips.

"Young Amy"

Young leader


Likes: Climbing, building fires, eating marshmellows.

Dislikes: Getting up early

Amy volunteers at Omega Camps as a young leader. She loves helping out on sessions, joining in with games and helping to encourage groups through problem solving activities.

Amy is a Girl guide soon moving up to Rangers.

She is quite musical, enjoying playing the Saxophone and starring in school shows.

She is brilliant with groups of all ages and will make a superb activity instructor when she leaves school.
